Great experience in a full day!

I had limited time in Bangkok so took this tour to experience as much as possible. The tour packed in a full day, from the history of the railway, walking across the Kwai river bridge, rafting and swimming in a waterfall. The tour guide and driver were very helpful and made suggestions to get the most of the day. I fully recommend if you have limited time and want to explore Thailand ..

A pleasant experience

Aey was friendly and professional. Her English was good and she made sure we were comfortable, fed and hydrated throughout the day. The waterfalls were so amazing, my only advice would be to allow a little bit more time there instead..

Great for families!

The tour company was responsive and accommodating to our needs, which made it more personalized. Miss Lacharoche was very knowledgeable and kind. She was a great photographer and gave us enough time to enjoy each attraction. The beauty of the attractions was mesmerizing. The driver was safe and the ride was smooth and comfortable. Water was included and the lunch was delicious! Great tour!.

Very enjoyable day

We had a lovely day trip with our guide Wat saw lots of interesting things the bamboo raft was amazing and very sad to see the railway, our driver was lovely as well.

Tour guide Ms. A did an amazing job explaining Thailand culture. She was very personable and wanted us to get the best of our experience. The steps to the water crafting needs modification not safe. Overall I highly recommend Ms. A.

Tour guide Puk and driver Mr Krit were perfect hosts! From the time they collected us to the time they dropped us off, they kept us informed and shared local knowledge along the way. They accommodated a slight change to our plan to allow for the train ride which we sooo appreciated. Long day however very much worth it! Thankyou!! 🌻.

Beautiful but should be an overnight trip

Had a bad experience and will NOT be using Viator again due to their terrible customer service. Be prepared you will be in the car for 8-9 hours!.

Great experience but a bit too dear- especially didn’t get to ride the train

The whole experience was amazing- especially at Erawan Waterfall. One thing set me off was the tour was expensive but didn’t get to ride the Train..

Would be 5 stars, but...

Would be 5 stars, but they need to fix the description. There is no riding the death railway and no swimming during rafting. The waterfalls are superb. The guide and driver were great. You get personal service, so if you have the means, need to do this trip in in day, and want to raft down the River Kwai this is the trip for you..

Stunning!

This was definnetly worth the long drive. The waterfalls are beautiful, I just wished I would have packed better shoes. The terrain to get to the top waterfall is a bit rough, I saw plenty of broken sandals on the way...lol... I had sneakers on which worked, but there are areas where your shoues might get wet. Not everyone will make it to the top waterfall as it is a bit of a climb, but if you do, you will not be disapointed!.

Sehr schöner Tag

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Tag. Erst von Bangkok mit dem Auto zum Erawan Wasserfall. 7 Level. Schwierig zum hochkommen aber wir haben es geschafft. Das Bad oben war einfach grandios. Dann noch zur Todesbahn. Beeindruckend. Das Rafting auf dem Kwai River war auch sehr schön.zum Abschluss zur Brücke am Kwai. Sehe viele schöne Eindrücke..

waterfall and railway tour

siri our guild was brillaint. all the tour was good. the only thing was we had to go passed very tramatised elephants to get to the raft ride,this was disappionting the raft was steel bars with no cushions and lasted 10 minutes max 5 of this was beening pulled by a very noisey smelly petrol boat so we could drift back..

Absolutely amazing!

Siri was an amazing tour guide. She instantly made me feel relaxed and comfortable and her English was fantastic! This was a very special experience and It was like having my own private photographer so I have some very special memories. The waterfalls are just breathtaking! Well worth climbing to the 7th floor, although not for the faint hearted as it’s hard work especially in the heat. We were lucky that their had been some rain full and the waterfalls were flowing. Bamboo Rafting was also so much fun and very relaxing. Death Railway was very quite but interesting to see. Bridge over river Kwai was touristy and busy but amazing sight to see. All in all a fantastic day and well recommended!.

Erawan Waterfalls

Visited here in March 2019. Beautiful place with exquisite aqua-coloured water cascading over the many waterfalls. We made it up the steep path nearly to the third one. Had I been in my prime (long past) I would have loved to have climbed the many steps right to the top. Fish swim in the streams and pools and I assume they are the same as the fish which cleaned my father's tropical ulcers when he was a POW in WW2. 'Beware the Slippery' exhorts the signage, and slippery it is! We were also advised to 'Beware Muggers Lurking Among Tourists'; luckily we didn't experience any. There were many visitors the day we were there which made it more interesting. Please be aware of cultural norms when you visit..

Siri will go above and beyond to make this experience special, more than just a guide!

I traveled to Bangkok with my 70 year old mother. I wanted to plan some exciting tours to surrounding areas of interest for day trips, one was of course to see the railway, the River Kwai and of course the waterfall. I researched lots of tours and options and I chose this tour among the many private guided tours because of how comprehensive the overall trip was and how many things we could encompass. I also am a big review reader and always look to see what travelers say before I book. Little did I know that readers who referenced Siri as their guide werent kididng when they spoke her praises. Siri was on our adventure with us and there to help my mom in every way, take pics and was just a fun with great energy. Her driver whos name i forget (maybe it was Mr o?) was great as well. Siri took time to know us and literally held onto my mom on difficult trails and helped her on the rafts etc on the river. This was truly full service. i have been on many private tours with guides and Siri is one of the best! She even went as far as to help us book some additional activities and share important Bangkok information. We felt that our needs were top priority and with my mom being a bit older Siri was really patient and made her experience so special. The driver was very safe and the van was excellent and comfortable for the long drive complete with plenty of cold waters. I felt safe the entire time and had lots of time to climb up into the trails on Erawan while Siri stayed back with my mom. The bamboo raft down the river Kwai was really interesting. Seeing the death railway and having some traditional thai food was great as well. Overall I cant recommend Siri enough. She helped us plan additional things just because she really cared and went that extra step. You can really tell she enjoys what she does and wants to accommodate visitors to Thailand. Dont think of any other option book this tour with Siri!.

Erawan Waterfall

Trek all the way up to the 7th falls for the best experience. I went there with MAM Holidays Thailand Co Ltd. The tour guide, Aey, is very attentive. The car they provide is very comfortable, and clean. Two thumbs up!!.

The holiday of a life time - My gulet adventure in Thailand was without a doubt our favorite Private trip. The comfort and beauty of the Thailand especially Phuket, the incredibly caring Tourist guide Supatsara, the delicious food, along with the stunning beauty of the islands. Swimming in the most gorgeous coves, kayaking on crystal blue waters, hiking around ruins and into small remote villages and relaxing on the boat... it was the best trip ever..

This was a great tour. The waterfall was spectacular and our guides were so friendly and helpful. It is quite a ride to the national park but worth it. Our guide and driver did everything they could to make it easier it was just the traffic in the city. I am very glad we did this..
